The Fall 2026 WestWing Classic is right around the corner, and we’re getting the Pit Crew back together!
On Saturday, November 14, 2026, we’ll be welcoming another great lineup of classic cars, custom builds, hot rods, and automotive enthusiasts to Copper Hills Church in Peoria, Arizona. But there’s one thing we can’t pull off a successful show without — our amazing volunteers!
What Is the Pit Crew?
The Pit Crew is the group of dedicated volunteers who help make the WestWing Classic happen. From directing cars into the show to welcoming participants and helping families enjoy the day, these are the folks who keep everything running smoothly.
Whether you’ve volunteered with us before or you’re thinking about joining for the first time, we’d love to have you on the team!
How Can You Help?
There are several ways to get involved:
Traffic & Parking: Help direct show vehicles, manage traffic flow, and get exhibitors safely into their parking spots. This is one of our biggest volunteer needs!
Setup & Teardown: Help us prepare the show area before the event and clean up afterward.
Registration: Welcome exhibitors, assist with check-in, and help get everyone ready for the show.
Hospitality & General Support: Answer questions, assist visitors, and help wherever an extra pair of hands is needed.
You don’t need any special experience — just a willingness to help, have some fun, and be part of a great community event!
Returning Pit Crew Members — We Want You Back!
If you’ve helped at a previous WestWing Classic, you already know the drill! We’d love to see you return for another show.
And if you’ve still got your yellow Pit Crew shirt, wear it proudly!
New volunteers are always welcome, too. Bring a friend, family member, or neighbor and join the fun.
